There is no one training style that will work for all clients, all clients get a tailored experience for their ability level, physical needs, and goals. One thing that is consistent is I will always push you to be great and we do not neglect leg day. I have extensive experience with clients for body building competitions, having coached and trained athletes to bring their best to the stage, both pc level athletes and ifbb pros. Results are a product of hard work, and I will work just as hard to get you there.
