Lynn B. Spence has a background in Corporate Learning and Development and is accredited in Neuroscience; he is also in the Medico-Legal industry representing a group of Neurosurgeons and Pain Specialists from the Royal Melbourne Hospital. In 2018, he Founded the Australian USA College Pathway, helping student athletes obtain scholarships in the USA and utilising his area of neuroscience for youth development, and is also the Chairman of the Board for Gridiron Victoria.

Lynn is a passionate coach, having much success in corporate, sports, and the direct sales industry, with 31 years’ experience; developing kids, young adults, and professionals. From developing and building sports and corporate business teams in the areas of Leadership, Safety Leadership and Neuroscience, to networking teams globally and working with NCAA Collegiate Coaches and Players, globally.
